Our Mission | To cultivate the success of minority and women CPG entrepreneurs through: grocery education, seed funding, mentorship, leadership development, investor access, marketing, technology tools, supply chain support and financial management.

The Navigator Lighthouse Foundation aims to increase the representation of minority and women entrepreneurs in the food retail industry. We provide the pathway to product sales that minority and women owned businesses would otherwise struggle to achieve relative to the major CPG and other consumer brands.

We connect retailers with brands from this growing network and lead minority relationship consultations to ensure these brands are well-supported through each retailers’ system. With these tailored solutions, we will see an increase in three key areas: the presence and exposure of under-represented entrepreneurs, the number of qualified CPG entrepreneurs, and the successful integration of minority-owned brands into the marketplace.

Our Passion & Commitment | We founded Navigator Lighthouse Foundation because of the abundance of minority owned businesses in our community with great promise, but a lack of retail education, technology and funds to get their brand into stores. Once retailers began reaching out to Navigator seeking connections to women and minority-owned brands, we knew a better line of communication, resources, and opportunity was in great need. It is time to combat systemic racism and give our attention, platform, and resources to uplift Black, Brown, and women owned businesses, and we at the Navigator Lighthouse Foundation are here to guide the way.

As part of our launch for the Navigator Lighthouse Foundation, we are on a mission to find the best minority and Women owned brands on the market.
